MFDI is a 501©3 non-profit, registered by the US government. It has been active since 1990. Below is a summary of the total gross incomes of MFDI by year. Costs have been about equal to incomes, and MFDI’s current net asset value after all advanced funds for projects are spent, is about balanced. It owns no significant non-financial assets other than office equipment, many files and office and shipping supplies. MFDI holds a number of 16mm and 35mm films, posters and promotional documents and materials. Copies of MFDI’s Form 990 (annual IRS tax submission) are available from MFDI, or on www.guidestar.org.
